Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 10, 2025

By signing up for and participating in the RR IT Studio Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.

You must be legally authorized to participate in affiliate programs under the laws of your country or residence.

2. Commission & Payouts

Commission Rate: You will earn 20% recurring commission for every active paying referral, as long as their subscription remains in good standing.

Payout Method: Commissions will be paid via the payment method you provided during registration.

Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed after a 60-day refund period to ensure all transactions are valid.

Minimum Payout Threshold: You must have earned a minimum of $100 USD in commissions before a payout is issued.

3. Promotion Guidelines

All promotions must be truthful, ethical, and compliant with applicable marketing laws.

No spam, fake claims, misleading ads, or unethical tactics are allowed.

You must not impersonate RR IT Studio or create fake websites, landing pages, or social profiles pretending to be our brand.

You may not bid on RR IT Studio brand keywords or use them in paid search ads without prior written permission.

4. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time if:

You violate any part of these terms

We suspect fraud or abuse

Your promotions damage our brand or reputation

Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited at our sole discretion.

5. Updates & Modifications

RR IT Studio may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice.

Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

RR IT Studio is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from your participation in the program.

We make no guarantees of earnings and reserve the right to adjust commission rates or terminate the program at any time.
